Today we present you a wonderful interior decoration of a small and cozy apartment located in Kiev by the Ukrainian architect Alex Bykov. Measuring only 64 square meters, the layout of the environments and the great color combination contributed to achieving a highly functional and casual space. The property owners were fascinated by this great remodel.
The various textures used achieve a unique and welcoming finish. We can see how the exposed brick walls combine with other elements such as the glossy floor and the wallpaper that seems to be in high relief. In this photo we can see the distribution of the social area of the apartment.
The high ceilings allow for an additional drop-in open area that functions as a library and storage space below and to the sides.
We see that the color of the exposed brick walls is imposed in the decoration of this small apartment achieving a very cozy effect. In addition, industrial-style details are incorporated into the lamps that illuminate this shared space.
In addition, the ceiling lamps focus and subtly separate the living room and dining room area.
The mustard tone corner armchair is located against the wall, allowing you to see more space in the shared environment. The dining room only consists of a round table and some white chairs.
The social area that is viewed from another angle allows us to distinguish the kitchen area and the separation with white walls from the main room.
The master bedroom includes only what is necessary. A bed and two nightstands with cute table lamps in dark color.
This small bedroom also incorporates a small piece of furniture with a central mirror and also a small room that functions as a dressing room.
The small kitchen area shows us multiple storage spaces where a small side bar is added that allows us to separate the environment from the rest of the social area.
The small bathroom looks very elegant. Dark tones predominate. The high ceilings of the structure of the house allow incorporating lattices in the ceiling area and thus make this space look more illuminated.
