The main function of Home Staging is that the product that is for sale or for rent, is sold or rented quickly and at the best price. To do this, you must take care of the details of the house, make repairs and decorate it so that the house enters through the eyes of the buyer. The decoration will be neutral, and focused, generically to the potential buyer or tenant.
On the other hand, a decorator, who is preparing a home to live and enjoy his client, will decorate it picking up the tastes and needs of that particular client , without necessarily being a neutral decoration, but will be marked and particular.

On the other hand, a decorator who is preparing a home for a particular client, will generally have a more comfortable budget because as he will enjoy it he will not hesitate to invest in quality products, and even on a whim. The decorator will be able to access furniture and textiles to which a home stager, in general, will not be able to attend due to lack of budget.
