Today we show you a magnificent decoration of an apartment located in Paris, France. It was redesigned by Frédéric Flanquart whose aim was to get a cozy home, with a distribution of spaces that allows to achieve visual amplitude. It is 80 square meters, with red decorative details that help give it vitality. Take a look at each of its environments:
Before the remodel, the apartment was damaged by fire. Therefore, in addition to a great decoration, various structures were renewed, such as the incorporation of wooden beams in the ceiling of the apartment’s social area, creating a very warm effect and a certain rustic air for the apartment.
It is decorated mainly in neutral tones such as gray and white with accents of red in the different environments. The living room has a great piece of furniture, designed for this space, which has a lot of storage, in the lower area and in the upper part of the TV. It has a great view to the outside that help make it look more illuminated during the day.
During the night, a set of decorative lights on the surface of the floor, illuminate the environment, achieving a totally different appearance in the social area.
The small kitchen has white cabinets and natural wood countertops. As a complement, add black in a glossy finish for the dashboard area and red accents for some objects.
This is another part of the modern kitchen and towards the end the space is used to include a desk with a large round mirror that reflects more light for the environment.
The small dining room includes a white center table and alternating gray and red chairs. In addition, this area is used to include modern storage furniture of different heights. As well as another table with beautiful flowers under the window that works as a work area.
As we have seen, this apartment has two work areas, one in the dining room area, and the other in front of the kitchen. Both are perfectly integrated into the total decoration of the apartment, maintaining uniformity in colors, shapes and materials.
In the staircase area, space is also used, incorporating a bookcase.
The bedroom is small, modern and very functional. It highlights the color red as a decorative accent and includes a variety of storage furniture, a large wardrobe on one side and a chest of drawers on the other side.
The modern bathroom includes a shower with a sliding glass door. In addition to the red cabinet under the sink, other details are added that create visual interest such as the mosaic cladding on the column and the small horizontal strip around the perimeter of the room.
