This small apartment in Prague is 45 m2 and was renovated in order to give it a modern and sophisticated touch on a budget. It was designed primarily by the Stag Pads studio. The decoration of the house includes a mixture of Ikea objects and restored period elements. Take a look at their different environments that we show below:
They opted to add a vibrant color like yellow as a decorative accent. A way to create visual interest in an apartment where neutral tones such as black and white predominate.
In the living room there is a white floating cabinet on which small black and yellow tables have been arranged, as a shelf, achieving a simple and elegant structure. A stool in the same colors is perfectly integrated into the decorative set.
The simple gray sofa is accompanied by patterned cushions that, together with the yellow beanbag and the curtains, complement the room with color.
The cabinet under the TV is located a few inches from the floor and it is impossible not to highlight the effect it causes with the striped carpet and the white wall. The selection of paintings and photographs next to the television make the decoration much more fun.
The small kitchen is open and is integrated into the living room, separated by a small folding bar to make the most of the little space available. It is simply decorated with white tiles, has spacious cabinets and lovely yellow pendant lights.
The main wall of the master bedroom is dark turquoise. While the rest of the decoration are also integrated white, black and gray. We see again how the accessories are enhanced with touches of color in the cushions, green plants and a yellow nightstand. In front of the bed there is a functional black shelf and a large mirror that gives the room more visual amplitude.
The bathroom is black and white with a very geometric decoration; the yellow painted door and green plants are essential in the decoration so that the whole small apartment looks unified and in harmony.
