Flatiron House is a fantastic house located in London; It used to be an abandoned building but was renovated into an incredible luxurious home designed by FORM Design Architectures. The house has an area of 140.6 square meters. They include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen, terrace, loft and cellar.
To achieve this incredible design, state-of-the-art materials were used respecting the environment. The staircase is the detail that stands out the most in the house, not only because of its 14 meters high, its railings were built with a material called Hi Macs®, an acrylic stone that provides unique shapes and finishes.
The decoration is dominated by white and other neutral tones accompanied by red accents in various tones, causing a feeling of warmth, elegance and luminosity. To start the tour, the living room has a beautiful ivory L-shaped sofa that is accompanied by a sophisticated sofa and maroon cushions, in addition, the rug combines perfectly with its touches of color.
The modern kitchen area is long and narrow open to the dining area. Separated by the kitchen bar with a top also made of Hi-Macs® that gives it a unique, smooth and uniform appearance.
The dining room table is simple round with black chairs and curved details. At the center of the table we see a large pendant lamp and a large clock that give the room an industrial touch. Another aspect that stands out is how the area of the walls has been divided. An area, which covers the entire height of the kitchen bar in light wood, while the upper area is painted in white.
The main bedroom decorated with different shades of gray. This has been divided into two, separated by a structure that also functions as a headboard. The back area appears to be the dressing room.
The other room has been destined for a living room, for rest and for TV. Decorated in light beige, gray, gold and orange details. Look elegant and well lit.
The bathroom shares the same decorative tones as the rest of the rooms, in wood, white and shades of gray. Curved and square shapes bring harmony and charm to this beautiful specimen.
As we mentioned earlier, the central axis of the whole house is the magnificent staircase, made with a Hi-macs acrylic stone railing with an elegant curved shape. A part of the roof includes skylights that allow the entry of natural light during the day.
The view from the top of the stairs is impressive, as the finishes of the railing allow a perfect triangular effect to form when looking down to the lower floors.
The terrace is small and charming; It has a wooden table and white chairs. Flowerpots with plants illuminated by small warm lights decorate the perimeter, achieving a perfect environment to admire the view of the city.
On the ground floor, the house has a perfect storage area for storing large objects such as the bicycle that we can see in the image.
